Either working in conjunction with our painting division or singularly with our wall coverings division provides a full range of services. We install standard wall coverings, fabrics, and much more. Water Repellents

Concrete and other masonry substrates are porous in nature. This means that water can penetrate it, making it eventually lose its structural integrity as well as destroy the adjacent interior finishes. Water repellents can be utilized in conjunction with a anti-graffiti coating to add an extra layer of protection to your building and give you the ability to remove any graffiti.

KT Painting provides a wide array of specialty products to protect your building and investment as well. These range from penetrating nonfilm building to film building coatings and sealants. These products generally come with a 5-year and 10-year warranty depending on the system that is specified for your building.

We Offer a Warranty on Our Services

We offer standard state-mandated warranties on all of our projects. We also offer any special duration warranty that is required to your specifications. We will provide a special maintenance bond, if required, as per your contract documents.
